Mike Ita is the CEO and Founder of IT Corps, a Cleveland based IT consulting company. As CEO, Mike is responsible for customer satisfaction, business development and strategic planning. He brings over 20 years of IT experience to his company and is looking forward to showing you ‘Tech Done Right!’

Before forming IT Corps, Mike served as Vice-President of another IT Service company for six years, where he was responsible for all internal and external IT operations, as well as customer development.

Being a former United States Marine, Mike took pride in implementing some of the principals, ethics and standards that are instilled in each Marine into his own business practices. He has trained his technicians under these core values to ensure that each client is treated with the utmost respect. Honor, Courage and Commitment are more than just words to Mike. These traits are what set Mike and his company, IT Corps, apart from others.

As lead IT Technician, Chris Tollon brings with him over 5 years of experience to the company and is a Microsoft Certified Professional. One of Chris’ greatest assets is his ability to take a very technical issue and translate into non-technical terms for clients.

Chris Tollon is IT Corps lead IT Technician and brings with him over 5 years of experience to the company. He is a Microsoft Certified Professional and is actively working on obtaining more certifications to better serve IT Corps’ clients.

Prior to joining Mike’s team, Chris worked for the Cleveland Clinic where he perfected many of his IT skills. One of Chris’ greatest assets is his ability to take a very technical issue and translate into non-technical terms for clients. This allows Chris to connect with clients on a personal level and provide outstanding customer service that excels clients’ expectations.

Whether you need help preparing or repairing servers, configuring Windows 7 throughout your office or performing routine maintenance on your computers or servers, Chris is your guy! With an uncanny ability to pull apart a difficult process and understand it, Chris has been able to step in to the IT field and excel in it. This same ability has helped him with a successful gymnastics-coaching career. He has successfully coached over 50 gymnasts over the past 20 years; placing several gymnasts on the Junior National Team and helping others begin their collegiate careers.

Hard work and dedication is the core to Chris’ work ethic. He takes pride in serving IT Corps customers and working hard to continue educating himself on the next generation of IT technology!

Jeff is an Integration Architect and has many years of professional experience in Application Integration, Middleware, Web Development, Mainframe Development, and Encryption. His fluency in mainframe and distributed (Java and .NET) systems technology enabled him to help design, develop, and support some of the largest internet banking OLTP sites in the world.

His key focus has been systems integration with emphasis on scalability. Jeff has excellent communication skills, delivered technical presentations to financial institutions throughout the United States and internationally, and recently registered as an Apple Developer for IOS applications.
